We also vote for the story we would like to hear at the end of the day.
We acted out the story of 'Lost and Found'.

We are enjoying exploring the world. We have visited the Arctic and Antartic. We have enjoyed learning this song!

We are exploring 'hot' and 'cold' colours. We are very proud of our amazing, 'Dream Catchers'.

We are learning to use collage as a medium to create pictures. We thought carefully about the colours we choose to make our penguins.
Following on from our topic last term, 'Cornwall my Home', we met and sang with the composer of 'Cornwall my Home', Harry Glasson. It was amazing!
We are learning about the physical features of the Arctic. We created our very own Arctic outside. We had great fun!
This term, we are learning to play the Djembe drums with Mrs Tidball.
We met Flight Sergeant Guilfoyle , who talked to us about aerodynamics. We made our own paper aeroplanes to explore what would make our aeroplane fly the furthest.
In art, we have been exploring collage.
Here are our amazing collages of snowy owls and polar bears.
We looked at pictures of the Northern Lights for inspiration for our backgrounds.
We had great fun at Bodmin Recycling Centre and learned how important it is to Reduce, Reduce, Recycle!
We are learning the skills of Judo with Jack in PE. It is great fun!
We have really enjoyed thinking about our big question, 'Will our world always be frozen?'. We have come to the conclusion that we can make a difference to what happens to our world.

Superhero Cityscapes
We have had great fun creating our 'Superhero Cityscapes', we looked at lots of pictures of cities at night and then used pastels to create the backgrounds. We created the silhouettes of the buildings using black paper and added brightly coloured lights.
